Pilates, yoga, and other movement practices allow me to sharpen my intuition, and connect with the most primal part of who I am. One develops a wealth of physical and intuitive wisdom, and a feeling of joy that expresses itself through the body.

To teach pilates and yoga is to share this intuitive wisdom of movement. It’s a blessing that informs the rest of my work, whether it results in the silhouette of a body, or of the dress that adorns it.
